Job Objective: Works under the direction of the Vice President of Facilities Management/Construction. Coordinates construction of various new and renovation projects as directed by Vice President to ensure projects are completed as directed by the Owners (EMC). Performs all other duties as assigned.
Required Experience: 5 years construction supervisor experience
Preferred Education: Engineering or Construction Technology
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of applicable California state administrative and Life Safety Codes.
- Knowledge of JCAHO requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must have exceptional ability to relate to people at all levels.
