Job Objective: The Patient Financial Services Analyst support the information technology applications for the Patient Financial Services Department (PFS). General duties include: 1. Resolving trouble tickets submitted by PFS. 2. Completing and/or directing work orders submitted by PFS. 3. Working on projects related to software applications for use by PFS. 4. Managing upgrades and software maintenance for assigned applications. 5. Working with other Information Systems personnel to resolve issues. 6. Working with software vendors to resolve software defects.
Required Education: Relevant degree or experience in lieu of degree Required Experience: Two-four years' in healthcare patient financial area.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
