Job Objective: The position is responsible for coordinating organizational efforts in measuring and analyzing clinical performance improvement initiatives. The role includes the collection, analysis, education and dissemination of information to improve service to patients/members, their families, and all staff members.
Education Required: At a minimum, an Associate degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent certification. Bachelor or Master's degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification Required: RN license required. Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ); Professional Medical Services Mgmt. (CPMSM); Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
Experience: General knowledge of regulatory standards including JCAHO, CMS, CMA and DHS. 2+ years experience in performance/quality improvement activities or Medical Staff services related activities.
