Job Objective: The position is responsible for assisting with the planning, organization and implementation of all the functions of the activities associated with the Eisenhower Hospitalist Group's patient satisfaction program and its customer service initiatives. This position plays a critical role providing both internal and external support to the development of an efficient and supportive program in promoting the ideal patient experience and resolving issues in a timely manner in coordination with management and staff. This position is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Eisenhower Hospitalists Group's Press Ganey HCAHP reports and coordinating efforts to facilitate excellent patient satisfaction scores.
Education: BA degree (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an acute care customer service position. Leadership experience (preferred).
