  • Job Objective

    Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources. Oversees and coordinates key programs related to compensation, market survey data, compensation analysis, and HRIS.

    Qualifications
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s degree
    • Licensure/Certification
      • None
    • Experience
      • Preferred: Healthcare background.  Experience with Performance Manager a plus.
      • Required: 2-4 years HR experience. Experience required in report querying, data analysis, and computer system operations. Experience in job classifications, compensation functions and administration.
    Specific Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Required
    • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Compensation legal knowledge in employment laws and reporting requirements such as: EEO, FMLA, ERISA, Fair Labor Standards Act, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
    • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of an HR database system
    • Ability to establish/maintain positive interpersonal relationships with all levels of the organization
    • Requires strong customer service, problem solving, project management and teamwork skills
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects; ability to influence and negotiate
    • Ability to take initiative, be innovative and work effectively in a variety of settings
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment
