  • The Supervisor EAP Clinical Services provides EAP clinical support to the employees of CONCERN's customers across Silicon Valley.

    Working in a team setting with provider network supervisors, the Supervisor  will provide:
    • Comprehensive EAP assessment and referral services to employees of client organizations.
    • Management consultations for employers related to critical incidents, distressed employees, and workplace wellness issues.
    • High-quality provider network oversight and supervision through effective recruitment, mentoring, training and clinical consultation.
    • Telephone screening, consultation, crisis intervention, triage, and resources to clients calling CONCERN: EAP in distress or with resource or benefits questions.
    • Participation in the administration and expansion of unique clinical programs including, but not limited to, specialty care navigation, behavioral health services, and varied mental health and wellness intervention programs

    The goal is to provide quality EAP services to employees and family members of client organizations with the objective of increasing employees and family members' job productivity and quality of life. This is achieved by assisting clients with work-related, personal, family, and/or substance abuse problems, and assisting CONCERN: EAP providers and client organizations in meeting these same goals and objectives.

    Qualifications
    1. A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health profession and a California license as a LCSW, LMFT; OR a doctoral degree in psychology and California license as a psychologist. 
    2. Minimum of 6 years' clinical experience that includes demonstrable proficiency in general clinical assessment and referral, substance abuse assessment and coordination of care, and short-term problem resolution counseling. 
    3. Extensive clinical skills and experience in working with a wide variety of clientele and presenting problems, the capacity for operating as an independent mental health practitioner, and experience with peer consultation.
    4. Minimum of 3 years' experience providing clinical supervision and/or consultation , preferred

    License/Certification/Registration Requirements
    1. Unrestricted California license as an LCSW , LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
    2. Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
