Minimum: 5 years related clinical experience, two of which are in a nursing leadership role demonstrating supervisory skills, team leadership, program development, project management and . Demonstrated leadership in understanding and applying regulatory, licensure and accreditation standards in healthcare services. Demonstrated understanding in applying federal and NYS workers' compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, OSH Act, NYS disability, PLF, and return to work policies, processes, procedures and programs. Preferred: Previous direct experience leading an Employee Health service. Previous direct experience in managing Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, OSH Act, New York State Disability, PFL and return to work programs.
Minimum: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-entity health system. Ability to facilitate project management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Familiarity with NYSDOH, JCAHO and other related regulations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, power point Must be able to work at multiple locations on any given day through use of their own transportation.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.
