Education: High School diploma/GED required. Associates degree in a related field is preferred but time and work experience is also considered.
Minimum: One year experience in a customer service role
Preferred: Prior healthcare experience
Minimum: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Computer literacy.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft office products and electronic recordkeeping.
