Responds to all patient and family concerns and investigates providing interventions and follow-up as appropriate. Assists in monitoring trends for patient satisfaction that emerge through the hospital complaint/grievance resolution process. Identify systems related problems and work collaboratively with administration, staff, and physicians to resolve complaints in a timely fashion. Reviews and provides follow-up activity on patient complaints/grievances. Acts as an intermediary to FHC administration and physicians on behalf of patients and their families. Maintains comprehensive inspection and reporting systems to capture, investigate, and evaluate conditions conducive to loss.
Qualifications: College degree with 2-4 years experience working in a healthcare setting. Experience in managing complaints and grievances preferred. Computer experience required.
