- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Performs a variety of clerical and technical tasks which relate to the processing and record keeping of all diet related patient information. Must be detail oriented, possess basic computer skills/knowledge, and have excellent oral communication skills, including telephone reception and handling of health care team requests. Must be comfortable in and around the kitchen. Other responsibilities include final check of patient trays for delivery to floors and correcting patient menus. Comprehension and familiarity with modified diets preferred, but will train the right person.
