Performs vital support and administrative functions of a diversified and sensitive nature for/to departmental operations. Coordinates service request activities for Facilities, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security and Bio-Med.
Associates degree is preferred
High School diploma required.
Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
-Proficiency in word processing, database and information management, Microsoft Office (Microsoft word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and CMMS (TMS and TMA).
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
-Excellent customer service skills, particularly phone etiquette
-Ability to work on multiple projects at one time while remaining calm under stress.
-Ability and willingness to learn new computer programs as systems change to meet department needs.
-Ability to apply concepts of basic math, calculate figures.
-Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
-Ability to assign work orders to appropriate individual based on need and skill level in trade.
