Hours: 7-3 Monday; 7:30 - 3:30 Tuesday - Friday
Job Details: Serves as the first contact to the Human Resources Department by providing administrative and customer support in the HR reception area. Provides polite, customer oriented, pro-active service both in person and over the phone. Completes a variety of processes and technical tasks related to Employment Services including assistance with our electronic application system, internal and web based report generation, and database administration. Education/Experience: AS/AA required; HR coursework or internship desirable. 1-3 years of business experience, including internships, with specific experience in customer service and data management. Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills required, including the ability to create and maintain paper and electronic records. Strong communications skills, written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a confidential environment with a wide variety of visitors. Strong technical skills; basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT), and a proven ability to quickly learn other computer systems. Strong degree of accuracy in entering and managing data.
