This position is responsible for the documentation, communication and dispatching of a wide variety of service requests from the customers of the Service Response Center to the Directors of the Facility Support departments. The Facilities Support Specialist's goal is to provide the best possible customer service contact for those calling for assistance from the Facilities Support departments.

Education/Experience:

Associates degree is preferred.

High School diploma plus related course work required.

Minimum 1 year experience in a related field. Technical experienced in a service center field is a must.

Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in word processing, database and information management, preferably Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Excellent customer service skills, particularly phone etiquette.
