Responsible for triaging and processing customers calls while following specific protocols for each department, paging of staff and physicians (800+ customers), responding to Cors and Drills, manages and process calls for the Physician Answering Service, pager replacement 24 hours a day, taking and dispatching all Distribution jobs, handle all Emergency Room Calls, troubleshoot and resolve paging and cell phone issues and daily clerical duties.
