Job Details:

Collaborates with functional leaders, managers and physicians to improve the performance of the clinical service line. Accountable for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the service line and the key drivers of service line performance. The service line manager works with Hospital/System staff and orthopedic providers on research, planning, product development, business/marketing plan development and implementation, physician relations and performance monitoring designed to produce service line growth and profitability.

-         Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Service, Marketing or Business required within 24 months of hire        
Current MO license required (if applicable)

-         Five years management or leadership position in Orthopedics Services preferred; service line leadership experience in another medical/surgical specialty will be considered

-         Able to demonstrate successful project management and planning required

-          Strong oral, written, and presentation skills required

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
