GENERAL DESCRIPTION The dietary aide is responsible for the preparation and distribution of food to patients, employees, and the outside community. This is done through the patient tray line, the cafeteria, and functions. The position is also responsible for a number of tasks in order to maintain the quality service to all of our customers while maintaining the highest sanitary conditions in accordance with policies and procedures. Follow CARE standards: C- Courteous A- Attentive R - Respectful E - Enthusiastic WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS No previous experience necessary but is helpful. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English. Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. On the job training is available.
