GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for screening patients in atimely manner and per policy for nutrition risk, documenting follow upinteractions, creating nutrition care plans and modifying as needed. Thisincludes TPN/PPN and Tube Feeding recommendations. In addition, this positionis responsible for diet education to inpatients and outpatients.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Baccalaureate degree in Nutrition Sciences. Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Massachusetts Licensure required.
