Description: Full time, licensed clinician (LICSW preferred) to supervise a team for the Substance Abuse and Recovery Services clinicians based in Southbridge, MA.
The Program Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration of Behavioral Health Services including oversight of all clinical programs, financial budget, volume, service delivery, direct supervision and management of clinicians & paraprofessional staff, weekly supervision with clinical staff, and facilitates weekly group supervision/team meetings. Ensures that clinical staff completes all charting documentation and paperwork specific to each department and in compliance with hospital requirements, DMH, BSAS, The Joint Commission, and Insurance Providers. QA involvement, marketing services to the community & physician groups. Maintain Productivity Benchmarks, Maintain current level of professional licensure, & Maintain CAQH credentialing. Projects and Initiatives as assigned.
Education Requirements: Graduation and training from an accredited graduate program with a current unrestricted licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration: MA/MSW. Independently licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with an active unrestricted license in Massachusetts.
