Department: Hunterdon County Medication Access Program - HCMAP
Schedule: Part-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 15 hours per week

Job Summary:

Provides clerical support for the Coordinator and Health Educators in the Medication Access Program.  Responsible for scheduling appointments and accurately registering patients into the medication database.  Clearly explains program requirements to patients, conducts preliminary screening of patients and assists in completing enrollment paperwork. Conducts preliminary patient chart reviews and assists in researching pharmaceutical assistance programs. 

 

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.  Two years of customer service experience required preferably in a medical setting. Must have excellent clerical, computer, communication and problem solving skills.  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to adjust to and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload.
