Department: Pain Management
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Days/Evenings
Hours: 40 hrs/wk; 8am - 4:30pm (3 days); 10am - 6:30pm (2 days)
Job Details: - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service skills are required

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for greeting patient, processing paperwork for visit, navigating electronic health records, scheduling appointments, providing patient assistance, collecting appropriate co-pays, answer phones, take messages and/or refers to appropriate employee in a timely manner, and special projects as needed.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE  REQUIRED
One year customer service experience.

REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION
None.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Good communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone experience, computers, fax, copiers, and general office equipment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload, competent use of Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), ability to function independently , ability to problem-solve effectively, effective communication skills.
