Department: HCMAP IMAAC
Schedule: Part-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays; 15 hrs per week
Job Details: - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service skills are required


Provides clerical support as requested for the Coordinator, Medication Access Program and Health Educators.



Responsible for the registration of patients, referral authorization of patients in a timely, efficient, confidential and professional manner; facilitate patient access to medication through pharmaceutical assistance programs.  Facilitate interoffice communication for improving care and medication reconciliation.  


High School Diploma or Equivalent required.  Bilingual, English & Spanish strongly preferred.  Two years of customer service experience preferrable in a medical setting.  Excellent clerical, computer and communication skills required.
