Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri
Job Details: - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service skills are required
- Experience is preferred

A Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients, processing paperwork for visits, scheduling appointments, providing patient assistance, collecting appropriate co-pays, answering phones, taking messages and/or referring to appropriate party in a timely manner, in addition to being assigned special projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.  Excellent customer service skills are a must.  Prior medical office experience is helpful.  Good communication skills, detail oriented, multi-line telephone experience, and good computer skills all required.
