Associate degree in a computer related field
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Prefer experience, but not required
Responsible to the Help Desk Supervisor for support of computer, hardware, network and communications equipment, operating systems and applications. Works as frontline help desk support or field support as assigned. Trains/supervises support specialist. Works with network staff on computer images and network management and administration. Supervises maintenance of computer equipment inventory. Manages or participate in special projects as assigned.
