The Training and Support Specialist will be responsible for assessing individual and group training needs; developing and delivering technology related training; conducting additional targeted training; evaluating training effectiveness; providing post-training support; and providing special project assistance. Assures quality customer service to all customers; promotes positive human relationships and contributes to supportive and cooperative work environment.
§ Develops technology-related training and materials for the agency.
§ Coordinates technology-related training events and related administrative tasks.
§ Implements non-clinical training.
§ Conducts training needs assessment for technology-related training requests.
§ Evaluates training effectiveness and provides direct post-training support.
§ Provides consultation and special project work.
§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
§ Minimum of two years adult education training experience.
§ Recent work experience with desktop operations systems/Windows XP desktop / MS Office 2003.
§ Principles related to adult learning/training
§ Desktop operations systems, Windows XP desktop, MS Office 2003, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
§ Graduate from vocational/technical school preferred.
