Responsible for the day-to-day management of the staff to include both clinical and clerical employees. Responsible and accountable for the coordination and communication of information within the practice, among other practices, and to administration. Manages daily allocation of staff according to patient, provider, and office need and pre-established budget allowance. Understands, follows, and interprets policies related to the operation of the office. Serves as a resource for staff, other ambulatory areas, and medical staff regarding practice operations, policies and procedures. Participates in developing annual goals and objectives, and monitors process toward these goals and achievement. Assists in the review of performance data; financial clinical outcomes, turnover, and satisfaction. Creates, modifies, and evaluates statistical information relative to the practice. Facilitates office meetings to share information pertinent to the provision of quality care and operational activities. Identifies needs for orientation and staff development and assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational opportunities. Contributes towards successful implementation of annual operating plan and assists with financial analysis and formulation of recommendations to achieve plan objectives. Coordinates the integration of initiatives and projects with other departments and organization plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in business applications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
