Manager, in conjunction with the radiology senior leadership, is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. Under the direction of radiology senior leadership, manages operational functions to include but not limited to: customer satisfaction, administrative responsibilities, information, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance and all patient care within radiology imaging. Manages ongoing analysis, develop and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness of services and functions. Serves as a liaison between the department and physicians, nurses and other organization departments.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Requires satisfactory completion of an accredited, relevant training program.
  • Basic Life Support Certification required.
  • Requires registration through one or more of the following professional organizations: American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT), American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board(NMTCB) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience is required.
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
