As the Administrative Director – Perioperative Services, you will be a transformational leader who is responsible for all inpatient and outpatient perioperative services within the East Central Region. Utilizing innovative best practices, you will improve the efficiency of services and maximize patient flow. Other opportunities include:

  • Overseeing respective departments in all regional facilities including Ball Memorial, Jay and Blackford Hospital

  • Supporting and mentoring a team of 4 managers

  • Collaborating with physician partners and regional leadership to advance clinical practice

  • Creating opportunities to grow our nurses and team members professionally

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

  • Requires current State of Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Master of Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area, required
  • 7+ years of progressive management and operations experience in health care administration, required
