Position Summary


This position will work evenings (4, 10 hour shifts) in the Network Operations Center.  The position will support IU Health's Network, VOIP, Wireless and Network Security Platforms.  Responsibilities will include:

·         Monitoring network equipment and supporting platforms

·         Monitoring VOIP equipment and supporting platforms

·         Monitoring Network Security Platform

·         Responding to customer tickets and escalations

·         Updating hardware and software related to Network and VOIP when appropriate

·         Reviewing alerts in monitoring platforms

Ideal candidate will be Cisco Certified

Experience with the following platform preferred:  Cisco Networking, F5, Solar Winds, Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE, Solar Winds, Infoblox, Unity Voicemail and Next Gen Firewall's.




o    Cloud experience is preferred.

o    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

o    3-5 years of experience required.

o    Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred.

o    Experience working with hypervisors and scripting required.

o    Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
