Supports daily operations for the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS) and is responsible for ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of user-related system issues. Provides first-level resolution via phone, e-mail, Help Desk ticketing, or direct end user contact and maintains the integrity of the system's education data.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Technology, related field of study, or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of related Administration experience required.
  • Working knowledge of electronic learning management systems is required.
  • Proven ability to work with reporting tools is required.
  • Proven customer service experience is required.
