Job Details:
  • POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    • The Organizational Development Specialist provides support to the delivery of Organizational Development services with specific responsibility for providing technical support and administration of the learning management system; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of education, training and organizational initiatives; and assisting in ensuring compliance to all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education
      • Preferred:
        • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience
      • Required:
        • Experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Department or in an area with a great deal of public contact.
        • Experience and strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
        • Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures for various teams or organizations.
      • Preferred:
        • Experience in administration of a learning management system.

Additional Details: Prefer experience working in an administrative role in a learning management system (LMS).
