Under the general direction of the RN, provides a variety of uncomplicated clinical treatments and services for assigned patients in a patient care area. May provide more sophisticated clinical treatments for assigned patients while assisting the RN and under that RN's direct observation and supervision. Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care respective to the assigned patient populations. Participates in assigned educational activities. Reports jointly to the clinical department management and to the Nursing Practice and Education Department.
Experience, Education and Training Minimum: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's of Science in Nursing program with completion of at least two semesters of clinical rotation. CPR Training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
