Under the direction of the department director performs a variety of data coordination, administrative and clerical support functions. Responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of databases for coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data. Duties require workflow analysis, process improvement, problem solving and project management skills. Must possess ability to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external contact.
Experience, Education and Training Minimum: Associates degree and/or equivalent years of related experience necessary in order to gain knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Previous work experience in data analysis and management. Ability to analyze and problem solve independently. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills necessary. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with multiple departments and various levels of management. Ability to travel to various locations as required for the performance of job role.
