To help facilitate the implementation, support and integration of the various healthcare information software modules utilized at KRH. Provides software application support by troubleshooting daily issues. Develops user sign on and access appropriate to their job description. Provides help with report writing as requested. Acts as liaison between end users and vendor, monitoring tasks for expedient resolution. Monitors system functionality and resolves or reports problems as well as enhancing functionality through process and reports. May be called upon to train/educate end users as needed. Documents processes as appropriate. Works closely with other departments, outreach facilities and other members of HIT to problem solve and improve services to end-users. Acts as Project Manager for Implementations or process improvement initiatives.
1.Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates Degree required, or comparable work experience in a relevant field.
2.Hospital work experience highly preferable.
3.Leadership, problem solving and exemplary written and verbal communication skills required.
4.Strong understanding of common software applications (ex. MS Office) required. Strong understanding of personal computers required. Prefer experience with databases, reporting tools and software applications in use at Kalispell Regional Healthcare.

4.Demonstrates knowledge of workflow and is able to incorporate into problem solving and report writing for applications.
