Promotes the accomplishment of Kalispell Regional Healthcare’s education mission by coordinating the scheduling, audiovisual, and computer equipment, room set-up, and presenter needs for events in Buffalo Hill Conference Center, the Education Center, Dietary East/West, and other conference rooms and venues as prioritized. Responsible for providing amenities and accommodations as requested. Collaborates with Education Department Assistant and other Education staff, Environmental, Biomedical, and IT Services staff, and/or other reservation contacts to offer seamless event support.
1.Licensure/Certification/Registration: none required.
2.Education: high school graduation required; at least 2 years post-secondary education preferred.
3.3.Experience: Minimum 3 years of work-related experience in environmental service/room arrangement and event assistance; familiarity with audiovisual and computer equipment (including video/telemed conferencing) operations and troubleshooting; 1-3 years experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

1.*Maintains electronic room and equipment reservation system for events in Buffalo Hill Conference Center, Education Center, Dietary East/West, and other conference rooms/venues as needed, as well as for checkout.
2.*Directly assists with event coordination, implementation, and troubleshooting.
3.*Coordinates/performs cam recording functions.
4.*Offers audiovisual training sessions as needed.
5.*Responsible for daily repetitive carrying/delivering of equipment; transport, set-up, and take-down of tables, chairs, and equipment; and general arrangement of meeting room environment.
6.*Monitors state of furniture, audiovisual and computer equipment, and other pertinent inventory, and communicates opportunities for improvement.
