The Creative Specialist is responsible for the graphic look of Lakeland’s brand, its execution throughout a wide range of projects and applications, and its integrity in the face of ongoing challenges and opportunities. Responsible for the layout and design of a variety of publications, brochures, newsletters, print ads, Power Point presentations, posters, invitations, flyers and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or experience equivalent; training in desktop publishing; familiarity with industry software for design. Familiarity with print production, Power Point presentations, ability to supervise graphic standards is required. Understanding of multimedia presentations, including websites, critical. Knowledge of CSS, SQL, PHP, ASP, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. Four years of website design experience is highly desirable. Three year’s experience in advertising production, graphic design or market communications is required. Basic photography and ability to art direct photo shoots is highly preferred. Three years’ experience in healthcare field strongly desired.
