Responsible for collaborating with management to ensure the organization is recruiting high performance individuals. Responsible for full cycle recruitment which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers and successfully on boarding new associates. Responsible for working with leadership to identify human capital needs and determine core competencies necessary for success in each role. Develops, communicates, and executes recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for all positions. Conducts regular follow-up with managers and new hires to determine the effectiveness of recruitment process. Analyzes information and makes any necessary recommendations to improve the candidate experience. Maintain applicant tracking and talent pipeline processes and communicate updates to departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field required. PHR certification preferred. Minimum of two years Human Resources or Recruitment experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems required. Position Manager experience preferred. Must have experience with behavioral interviewing. Must have demonstrated knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices.
