Responsible for the underlying architecture in the development of software programs, as well as for overseeing the work being done by other program developers working on projects. Project Manager or Lead Developer of mission critical, highly-visibility applications and projects. Ability to lead a team of developers with responsibility to stakeholders and business interests.
High School diploma/GED preferred. Ability to read at an 8th grade level and perform mathematical computations at a 6th grade level, as documented by successfully passing a math and reading test. Must possess a level of knowledge normally associated with the successful completion of a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems or related field. Additional experience may be substituted for the degree. 8+ years of experience developing ASP.NET web applications preferred. Candidate must have knowledge in multiple, but not all areas listed; Data Visualization and Exploration Controls (Dynamic Tables, Lists, Charts, and Graphs). Experience integrating 3rd party Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools and libraries, Active Directory Integration (Account Management and Directory Services Development), Security (Understand standards and practice secure web development), Windows Application Development (Background Services, Timed Tasks), Graphics Design (create design images using a graphics package, basic page layout, UI Design and Usability), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation, Web Services), WWF (Windows Workflow Foundation).
