This person must demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the need for customer satisfaction and will perform administration, leadership and managerial duties. Individual will work closely with and report to Lake Regional Medical Group Executive Director. This position requires knowledge and experience in performance improvement process, and applicable governmental and health care regulatory requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. This must be an outgoing person with high service orientation. Sound judgment sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff. Strong skills in facilitating problem solving and organizational skills. Computer aptitude.
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in health care with a preference in Ambulatory Health Care or Medical Clinics. Must possess the knowledge and ability to comprehend financial statements as well as productivity data related to medical clinics. Ability to relate well with physicians, non-physician providers and other staff. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft office. Knowledge of EMR preferred. Corporate compliance and HIPAA regulations required.
