The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is responsible for accurate data collection and registration of all patients presenting for services. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed with outstanding customer service and registration accuracy for efficient billing processes. The CSR is expected to work collaboratively with all external and internal customers to maintain a positive outcome for all LRHS patients.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical Terminology course recommended. Computer knowledge and experience. Office experience. Insurance experience helpful. Customer service course required to maintain a level of excellence required by job description. Previous Customer service experience helpful.
