LifeBridge Internal Transfer Opportunities

Welcome to the Internal Transfer Opportunities section for current employees of LifeBridge Health! This section is designed to give employees convenient access to internal job postings. To be considered for any of these positions you must meet the following criteria:

  • Employed in your current LifeBridge position for at least six months
  • Received a Full Contributor rating or higher on your most recent evaluation
  • No written disciplinary actions within the past twelve months

If you meet these criteria and find a job that matches your qualifications you must complete an online transfer request form. The form is easy to complete and allows our recruitment team to receive and review your request in a timely manner.

To get started, search for open jobs by selecting any of the following search features below. View the job details page and if you find an open position that matches your qualifications and availability, click on the online transfer request form option that you will find at the bottom of the page. Once you complete the form and click on “submit” your request for transfer form will automatically be routed to Recruitment. After submitting your internal request for transfer, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your form, provided that you supply a correct email address.
