    Primary Job Shadow Responsibilities


    • Job Shadows at MaineGeneral are 1 to 3 day observation opportunities 
    • Completes MaineGeneral’s online job shadow application and related materials.  
    • Adheres to Maine General’s Values & Standards and core behaviors. (see below)
    • Strictly maintains and safeguards confidential information.
    • Displays a self-awareness in regard to attitude, values, and behaviors that influence one's presence in a healthcare setting.
    • Follows organizational focus on patient centered care and customer service.
