Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 40 hrs/week; day shift; on call rotation

    Provides support to assigned patient care team by tracking and reviewing documentation for accuracy and timeliness in accordance with regulations, assisting with access to patient supplies and equipment, and assistance with scheduling and staffing in the absence of the Scheduling Assistant.  Participates in phone coverage of evening, weekend, and holiday support needs in rotation with support staff team.

     

    Qualifications/Competencies:

     

    • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred.
    • Associate degree in business or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years office work. Healthcare experience strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications.
