Coordinates the activities of the Business Office Department. Coordinates staffing schedules and monitors attendance of the staff. Ensures that billing of claims to all payers is done in a timely manner. Monitors accounts receivable to maintain them at an acceptable level. Reviews weekly and monthly critical indicators to ensure goals are met. Ensures that account follow up is done according to guidelines.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Expereince:Three years of progressive experience in a Business Office setting supervisory/management role.
