- The Patient Service Coordinator responsibilities include answering the telephone, scheduling patient visits, coding and entering charges and taking messages for the healthcare delivery team. The ideal candidate will have previous medical office experience in a similar setting/position and experience with electronic medical records, Epic preferred. One year experience working with the public required. Must be able to multi-task, handle incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally, communicate with patients as well as physicians and other team members. High school diploma or equivalent required.
