Under the direction of the Manager of Medical Affairs and the CMO, is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the medical staff quality program, including coordinating professional peer review, departmental and individual performance reports, and regulatory compliance with medical staff standards. The key components of this role include: expertise and application of PI methodologies, facilitation skills, data analysis, transferring knowledge to others.

- Must have a Michigan RN license, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of three years hospital experience to include working knowledge of procedures, protocols, computer applications; experience retrieving information from various sources, as well as use of quality improvement tools, and statistical analysis.
