Your Job:

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Mobile Assessor provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and appropriate placement disposition of the patient.

Your Job Requirements:
  • Associates/Bachelor Degree in Nursing required
  • Master Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
  • Current CPR
  • RN licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing
  • LMSW/LCSW or LPC or LPC-i (if LPC-i, must obtain LPC licensure within one year of hire date)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in health related setting
