Your Job: 

In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The primary purpose of the System Administrator is to independently plan, install, integrate and validate systems software and hardware solutions. 

Your Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in one of the following Microsoft Server technologies, VMware, or Citrix
    • Microsoft Exchange
    • Microsoft SQL
    • VMware ESX, Vcenter, VSAN
    • Airwatch
    • Citrix Xenapp, XenDesktop
  • 2-4 years of experience installing and managing various Data Center hardware is preferred:
    • Cisco UCS
    • Cisco MDS
    • Pure Storage
    • EMC VMax
  • 1-2 years of Epic experience in any of the following roles would be preferred:
    • Epic Client Systems Administration - BLOB, Business Continuity Access, and Printing
    • Epic Client Systems Administration - MyChart, MyChart Mobile, and EpicCare Link
    • Epic Client Systems Administration Care Everywhere
    • Epic Client Systems Administration Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, and System Pulse
    • Epic Client Systems Administration Hyperspace

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all the daily operations of the Epic Client Systems components
  • Manage help desk tickets as well as work requests on the Epic Client pieces
  • Assist with managing the Citrix environment
  • Assist with managing the VMware environment
  • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
  • Be accountable for your performance
  • Take initiative for your professional growth
