Advanced Practitioner – Asheville Cardiology Associates
Asheville Cardiology is one of the largest single specialty practices in western North Carolina, with 35 cardiologists and 13 mid-level providers in seven locations. As partners with Mission Health System, the practice supports the 19 western counties of North Carolina with tertiary care. Asheville Cardiology, a Mission Hospital Health Partner, seeks an advanced practitioner to join its team of providers. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of or cardiovascular care experience. Asheville has been listed as one of the top communities in which to live by numerous publications.

Role Summary: Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up in the field of cardiology under a supervising physician in compliance with the North Carolina Medical Board or North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Required Education: Completion of an accredited physician assistant or family nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams.
Required License: Has and maintains current Physician Assistant license with the North Carolina Medical Board or Nurse Practitioner license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. ACLS and BCLS certification.
Preferred Experience: 1 year experience as a cardiology PA/NP; Electrophysiology experience.
