The Business Development Director- Field Sales ("BDD") is responsible for the day to day activities related to securing new business and retention of existing collaborations with Biopharma partners thereby contributing to M2Gen's short- and long-term revenue targets. The BDD role is also responsible for lead identification, prospect management and presentations of M2Gen's offerings to prospective and existing partners.
In this role, the successful candidate will directly call upon scientific and executive leadership at prospective partners to understand M2Gen's customer's key needs and data analysis questions. The BDD will represent these needs to M2Gen while also demonstrating M2Gen's data analytic capabilities to biopharmaceutical partners.
The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong tactical thinking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate the organizational cultures and teams at both M2Gen and the Biopharma partners. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will be critical to success.
