Job Description: Clears dishes and cleans tables, and clears trays. Collects and disposes of garbage left at tables and in garage containers.Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment as scheduled. Operates dishwasher and assists with washing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. May assist with stocking food and supply inventory. May carry and distribute supplies and equipment. May assist others in the preperation of foods and properly store food. Sweeps and mops servery and main kitchen between meals using safety cones for wet floors.
Typical Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with the ability to read write and comprehend menus and recipe instructions. Must be able to read and understand verbal communication in English to interact with staff and customers. 1 or more years of related experience. Previous experience in food services preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for long period of time.
